Wendy Hill ElDeiry is a third-generation South Florida native and an experienced estate planning and probate attorney. She earned her business degree from the University of Miami in 1991 and her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996.
Before joining ElDeiry & ElDeiry, P.A., Wendy practiced banking law and foreclosure litigation, representing banks, financial institutions, and private clients across South Florida. Today, she focuses exclusively on Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate Administration, providing clients with attentive, personalized legal services.
Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1996 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1997, Wendy is an active member of both the Broward legal community and the Florida Lawyers Network. Known for her dedication and care, she is proud to receive many referrals from satisfied clients.
Mo N. ElDeiry has been serving the Broward County community since 1997, focusing exclusively on estate planning and probate. His mission is to help small business owners and families protect what they’ve built and ensure it’s passed on smoothly to future generations—like leaving a clear map to a treasured legacy.
With a background in public accounting and over two decades of legal experience, Mo offers clients practical guidance and trusted advice. Before founding his Fort Lauderdale law practice in 1998, he earned his business degree from New York University and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
Beyond his legal work, Mo is the founder of the Florida Lawyers Network, a statewide organization connecting highly skilled attorneys across Florida.
